NQ Pool Supplies is open and trading.

We have amended our trading hours Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, Saturday 9am - 1pm.
These times may change in the future so please check our website, Facebook page or give us a call on 07 4057 6100.

We ask that you don’t visit the store if you are unwell or are required to self-isolate. We are observing current social distancing protocols within the store and service runs. Upon entry into the store we ask that you abide by these protocols. There is a maximum amount of 2 people allowed into the store at any one time. We are doing this for everyone’s health and safety.

We understand that some people may be concerned about stepping into retail spaces at this time. You may leave your water sample at the front door (please ensure it is labelled with your first name, surname, address and phone number). We will then sanitise it, test the water and contact you with the instructions and chemicals required to balance the pool. If you need to purchase items this can be done over the phone. We can then leave the goods outside the store for your convenience. If you need items delivered please let us know.

Any equipment that has failed and needs checking or repairing can be left at the back gate with first name, surname and phone number. We will then contact you with the results once checked.
